C’est un très grand 3 ½ situer sur la rue Edouard-Montpetit à Montréal, il est situer à 5 min. de marche du metro Snowdon et à une distance semblable d’une épicerie, pharmacie, restau, et club vidéo. Le loyer qui est de 630$/mois comprends le chauffage et l’eau chaude, il faudrait calculer à peu près selon votre consommation 25$/mois pour l’électricité et près de 40$/au 2 mois de gaz (le poêle est au gaz, et moi je cuisine beaucoup).
