5.5 lease transfert. 1st of March or 1st of April until the end of August with possibility to renew the lease. The heating/ lighting is 71$/month. Hot water is included. The building is very nice and clean. Washer/dryer available in the basement. Rooms have walk-in closet, there is a lot of storing space. The rooms are quite large, ceilings are high and the whole apartment has been renovated last september (white paint has been done in every room). The apartment is located on the back side of the building so there is not a lot of noise, and since we are on the 3rd floor it's very sunny. Its a great location, just beside Place Alexis Nihon, cinéma AMC, metro atwater, bus 24-104-108-144... Close to Mcgill and Concordia universities, and right in front of Dawson College.
