Located on a non-navigable lake and surrounded by a hilly landscape, with an abundance of natural light, this chalet was created to blend in with its natural surroundings.Located in the small community of St-Faustin-Lac-Carré, our 5,000 sq.ft. bi-generational residence offers 1 baby grand piano, 2 kitchens, 3 living areas, 4 full bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and 2 gas fireplaces. By this generous configuration, it is ideal for multiple families. Its high cathedral ceiling, huge windows and open space concept allow for an airy space that is complemented by the spectacular view of the lake and the mountains.Chalet LA PERLE DES MONTAGNES is also comfortable with its central heating / air conditioning with air exchanger and integrated humidifier.Fully equipped, the main kitchen offers beautiful views, an espresso machine, coffee & coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, fondue & raclette sets, BBQ, and much more. Also well equipped, the family room has an 86'' smart TV, a poker table, a pool table that turns into a ping pong table, chess, checkers and board [hidden_information] the top of the mountain, our vacation home has a private trail that leads to the lake where you will find a private dock, kayaks, stand up paddleboards and a sitting area. Also at your disposal, an outdoor dining set for 10 and 2 different spaces to meet outdoors; one with a wood-burning fireplace surrounded by chairs, the other with a gas fireplace with long benches. Bering part of Royal Laurentian Resort, our guests have access to heated inground swimming pool (max 12 people) volleyball & tennis courts, hicking trails, kids play area, public beach and golf$$.Closely linked to the history of the Laurentians, the old railway line has become the P’tit Train du Nord linear park, a multi-purpose track and bicycle path that offers a 234 km trail in the heart of nature. On 22km, the path is paved from the old train station in the Lac-Carré sector to Mont-Tremblant. It is the ideal place to practice cycling, walking and running, while in winter, it allows the practice of cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, fatbiking (bicycle with oversized tires) and walking.Accommodating comfortably 14 travelers, it is well suited for team building, corporate retreats, families as well as friends reunions and girlfriends weekends.
