Chalet la Loutre is located in Lanaudière, more precisely in Chertsey, 50 minutes from Montreal. You will have a breathtaking view of a wooded maple forest. It allows you to have beautiful memories with your family, close to nature. During the winter, you can snowshoe the back.


You will have access to Lake Lili, a completely natural head lake with no motorized boats. This lake is beautiful with pure and transparent water.


The chalet is close to various activities in Lanaudière, for example, the Atlantide Complex in St-Calixte.


The chalet has a spa and a SAUNA which you have access to during your stay. In addition, the chalet is built to adapt to people with reduced mobility.


The large terrace allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors in the countryside. You also have access to a BBQ to grill your meals.


This 2-storey chalet has 3 closed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a foosball table for your family evenings.


The kitchen is very modern with a quartz island, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, high chair for children. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed with a magnificent gas fireplace to enjoy your evenings.


This chalet is designed for families: it has an indoor park, a high chair, games for children and an outdoor swing.


The chalet is non-smoking and does not accept pets. The vacuum cleaner and washer dryer are on hand for your needs. The chalet is equipped with a camera to ensure everyone's safety.


Winter: It is recommended, when it starts to snow, to have a 4 × 4 or AWD car or good winter tires for a normal car, as there is a slope to climb to reach Lake Lili. We are not responsible for any problems caused.
