Small (450 sq. ft.), but comfortable, cottage, mini house style, located directly on the shore of Petit Lac Long, a lake without a motor boat. One hour north of Montreal. Swimming and fishing at your doorstep, dock for relaxation with pedal boat and canoe. For one or two people only, a single bedroom with pillow and duvet included. 75 feet at the water's edge shared with us (couple without children) who live in the house next door.

Covered screened veranda with patio door. Open concept kitchen and living room with dishwasher, hardwood floor, slow combustion stove for chilly evenings, DVD, sound system and satellite TV. Washer and dryer in the cellar.

Quick and easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in winter. Direct access to the Corbeau Nordic ski trail. You can also enhance your winter days or evenings by downhill skiing in one of the many ski centers located less than 15 minutes away.

Relaxation spas 10 minutes away.

In Morin-Heights, go from tree to tree with Accroc-Nature or pedal on a bike path over 40 km long, the aerobic corridor. Many spas, restaurants and shops within 15 minutes in St-Adolphe, Morin-Heights, St-Sauveur or Ste-Agathe-des-Monts.
