Hi everyone!

We are looking to sublet one bedroom in our apartment from January to end of July 2026 (dates are flexible depending on the student's timeline).

We live in a three-person apartment on Monkland Avenue, a lively street with 50+ restaurants, cafés, and shops. The street is quiet at night and very safe (we have never had any safety issues heading home late at night).

The location is ideal for Concordia students:
- 15-minute walk to Villa-Maria metro
- Bus stop located 20 meters from apartment
- 20-minute walk / 7-minute bus or bike to Loyola Campus
- 30 minutes by metro to the downtown campus

Nearby amenities:
- Grocery store - 8 min walk
- Pharmaprix and Jean coutu - both less than 5 minute walk
- YMCA gym right across the street
- Several therapy practices on the street

The rent is $850 per month, including furniture, which makes it ideal for exchange students who wouldn’t need to purchase a bed, desk, dresser, closet, desk chair, side table, and more.

The apartment has one bathroom, as well as in-unit washing and drying, dishwasher, oven, burners, fridge, air fryer, and microwave.

The apartment has high ceilings, giving it a bigger feel (as you can see in the pictures). It’s also super well insulated with full heating for the winter months. It gets plenty of light, with the sunrise in the kitchen and the sunset in the empty room!
