Amazing cohousing opportunity. We are looking to welcome 2 wonderful humans to join us for September 2025.

Are you a single parent wishing to bring your child up in a larger family environment or an individual desiring to live community? Would you like to share a big, beautiful space in the heart of Plateau-Montreal with us?

We are a 3 -member family (plus very friendly cat) – a professional working in design, a mature student finishing a masters in archival studies, and a well mannered 13-year-old boy. We love gardening, homecooked meals, making music (within respectful hours) and art, being active, and investing in multigenerational living.

Home to us is sanctuary - a nurturing, and supportive environment. And our home is big enough to have both solitary and shared space.

We have 2 adjacent rooms available, ideally for a single parent and child or a couple – or a professional who wants both a private office and bedroom.

The specs: newly renovated historic Montreal apartment with double salon, dining room, modern and spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, new appliances, RDC with basement, ample storage, 3 balconies, and a private courtyard with a flourishing garden. One half of the salon is allocated as a shared studio.

Rooms are 675$ and 725$ plus shared utilities
