I'm leaving very soon my room in a bright 4½, located in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood, just a few minutes' walk from Joliette metro (green line).

$800/month (utilities not included)

The apartment is excellently located, steps away from the metro and close to shops, groceries and restaurants (notably on Ontario Street, which is closed to vehicle traffic in summer).
Furthermore, it overlooks a park, which is particularly pleasant for the coolness it brings in summer.

The apartment (4½) includes:
- Fully equipped kitchen,
- Bright and comfortable living room,
- Bathroom,
- Balconies on the East and West sides.

⚠️ The apartment is not furnished. However, I'm looking to sell the furniture I bought during my stay. Feel free to contact me about this if you're interested (my price won't be high).

Don't hesitate to contact me for more information or to arrange a visit (possible by video call).
